  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup water

Directions

To prepare the Steak :

  1. In a bowl, add onion and breadcrumbs. Mix well and set aside for few minutes.
  2. Add in minced beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg, mustard powder, garlic powder, beef bouillon cube, tomato ketchup, salt, and pepper. Knead them well.
  3. Divide the beef, and form 5-6 patties.
  4. In a pan, heat Malaysian Palm Oil on high heat, and cook the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.

To prepare the gravy :

  1. Heat Malaysian Palm Oil, and stir-fry onion and garlic. Add mushrooms, and cook until slightly brown.

  4. Add in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix them well, and moderately add some water while stirring.
  5. Put in the cooked steaks into the gravy, and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Let them simmer for few minutes and ready to serve.
