Ingredients
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Malaysian palm oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 pinch of salt
- ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 25 g sugar
- 25 g milk
- vanilla extract
- ยฝ tbsp corn starch
Method
- In a microwavable mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together all of the ingredients.
- Add in the chocolate chips.
- If you donโt want to cook them straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Microwave for 45โ60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary). Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
- For the Antidote : bring to a boil the milk with vanilla extract
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, sugar and corn starch until it becomes white.
- Add in hot milk and cook it on a slow stove until it becomes thicker.
- Serve in an antidote container.
- Place the mug on a plate, garnish with a mint leaf and place the antidote container on a side.
