Zucchini Omelette With Malaysian Palm Oil

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp of flour
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp 7 spices

Method

  1. Grate the zucchini, then squeeze them to remove excess liquid.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and flour together, season with salt, pepper and 7 spices.
  3. Add the onion, parsley, and zucchini.
  4. Heat Malaysian Palm oil, and using a ladle, pour the mixture, and fry.
  5. Serve hot!
