Ingredients
- 3 pieces of zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 3-4 tbsp of flour
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp 7 spices
Method
- Grate the zucchini, then squeeze them to remove excess liquid.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and flour together, season with salt, pepper and 7 spices.
- Add the onion, parsley, and zucchini.
- Heat Malaysian Palm oil, and using a ladle, pour the mixture, and fry.
- Serve hot!
