STEAMED SHRIMP WITH MINCED GARLIC AND VERMICELLI

Ingredients

  • Malaysian Red Palm Oil
  • ΒΌ packet vermicelli
  • 250 gm shrimps
  • 1 bulb of garlic (finely ground)
  • 1 tbsp light soybean sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste

method

  1. Soak vermicelli in cold water.
  2. In a pan, heat Malaysian Red Palm Oil. Stir-fry ground garlic with light soybean sauce, and oyster sauce.
  3. Remove the head and vein of the shrimp, and cut them into halves.
  4. Rinse the vermicelli and put it on a plate.
  5. Place the shrimps on top of the vermicelli, and pour the garlic sauce.
  6. Steam the shrimps with the vermicelli on boiling water for 6 minutes.
  7. Heat Malaysian Red Palm Oil, and pour on top of the shrimps.
