Ingredients Cordon Bleu

  • 150g Calamari
  • 12 pieces Prawns
  • 12 piecesMussels
  • 2 piecesGreen Capsicum
  • 3 piecesOnions
  • 100g Peas
  • 4 pieces Tomato
  • 5 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 250g Round Rice
  • 500ml Fish Stock
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 4 TBSP Cooking Palm oil
  • Spigol
  • 1 piece Lemon

Preparation Paella

  • Prepare all the vegetables : peel onions, garlic, remove the seeds from tomato, slice the capsicum
  • Cut the chicken breast in cubes
  • Heat the pan with 2 table spoon of Palm Oil and pan seared the and prawns ; set aside
  • Heat the Pan with 2 TBSP of Palm Oil and seared the capsicum, add onions , tomato and garlic
  • Add the rice in vegetables pan and feed it with Fish stock like risotto style
  • Season it, add the spigol, chili powder (not compulsory), cook it until the rice become soft ;
  • 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the squid, mussels and peas
  • Keep some mussels and prawns for the garnishing
  • Cut the lemon for deco
